Registration Process

Tournament Players,

For information regarding upcoming tournaments, visit the AWS/NCS website.

To access this information:
(1) go to www.playncs.com
(2) click on SLOWPITCH

(3) under FIND EVENTS, enter tournament information.

For example:
Event Name: Cinco de Mayo Tournament
Age: 65 and Over
Class: Class
From: 05/03/24
To: 05/04/24

click on SEARCH

click on Cinco de Mayo Tournament

(4) click on DOCUMENTS (for FLYER, RULES, SCHEDULE)

You do not need an account to navigate through this site.
The account is for managers to manage registered teams and/or players.

Tournament Managers,

To register your team:
(1) go to www.playncs.com
(2) click on SIGN UP
(3) under SIGN UP, enter information to create your account.
(4) click on SUBMIT
(5) click on PROFILE (upper right)
enter your profile information
SAVE
(6) click on TEAMS (left side)
(7) click on REGISTER NEW TEAM

After this is accomplished, just click on SIGN IN and enter your email address and password.

P. S. Managers should forward this email to their players.

To register your team for an upcoming event:
(1) go to www.playncs.com
(2) click on SIGN IN
enter your information to sign in to your account
(3) click on SUBMIT
(4) click on SLOWPITCH
(5) click on EVENTS
click on ALL EVENTS at bottom of drop-down list
(6) scroll down to find your event
(7) click on REGISTER
enter your information to register for this event
(8) click on REGISTER

To add new player (e.g. Sommerville Softball 60M+):
(1) go to www.playncs.com
(2) click on SIGN IN
enter your information to sign in to your account
(3) click on SUBMIT
(4) click on SLOW PITCH
(5) click on EVENTS – SENIORS – under California Tournaments click on (60 and Over)
(6) under Cinco de Mayo Tournament (Session 2), click on WHO’S COMING
(7) click on 60S MENS MAJOR PLUS
(8) under Team Name
click on Sommerville Softball
(9) click ROSTER (left side)
(10) click on EDIT ROSTER (bottom)
(11) click on ADD NEW PLAYER (bottom)
enter new player information
(12) click on SUBMIT
